Phase 4:Returns management
- High transparency due to the integration of IT-based returns processes
- Active goods retrieval/RMA procedure
- Checking returns
- Proper preparation of returned products for their resale
(e.g. functional tests, renewal of the outer packaging)
- Restorage of intact goods as warehouse stock
- Disposal/destruction according to DIN certification
