Steuber GmbH
The family-owned company produces various household goods, cleaning devices and outdoor equipment. Steuber's trading structure currently includes DIY stores as well as food retail and discount stores in a total of 14 countries worldwide.
We are responsible for POS management in more than 1000 branches of the German food retail and DIY trade on behalf of Steuber GmbH. As the retail outlets taken on were already being supported by our sales force, we were able to take on the new tasks at short notice.
- POS management
- On behalf of Steuber, we are responsible for the on-site management of Steuber products in numerous branches of the food retail trade (including Edeka, Rewe, Hit, Famila) and DIY trade (including Bauhaus, Hagebau, BayWa, Obi).
- This includes shelf maintenance according to manufacturer specifications in terms of appearance and filling level in defined visit cycles.
- In order to consistently optimise the presentation of goods in terms of size of space and location, we are in contact with the relevant decision-makers of individual retail branches.
- In addition, we negotiate additional placements of promotional products and special placements on an ongoing basis and ensure that they are professionally implemented.
- We also carry out other tasks for Steuber at the POS, such as shelf conversions or new shelf set-ups.
