The media company publishes renowned travel literature such as the MARCO POLO travel guides, the DuMont travel guides, the German-language Lonely Planet travel guides and the ADAC atlases, among others.
On behalf of MAIRDUMONT, we are responsible for the further expansion of the sales base in around 340 branches of the Kaufland retail chain.
- POS management
- Based on fixed tour schedules, we are present at Kaufland shops throughout Germany at regular intervals.
- At these shops, we carry out all operational tasks at the POS on behalf of MAIRDUMONT, such as replenishing goods or ensuring the presence of goods in accordance with manufacturer-specific requirements.
- When new sales areas are set up or existing ones are restructured at Kaufland, we are responsible for the on-time conversion or new set-up of the shelving areas, the displays and the product carriers.
- In addition, we provide our clients with detailed reports such as analyses of competition and sales floors as well as photo documentation of product presentation.
- At the same time, we actively manage relationships with the relevant decision-makers at each retail outlet.
