Data Protection (Privacy) Information
General Information
alpha trading solutions GmbH attaches the utmost importance to the protection of your privacy as a user. This applies particularly to the processing of personal data. To use our website, you are not required to disclose any personal data. In certain cases, however, we need your name and your address as well as other data to be able to process your order. Where required, we will inform you accordingly. Moreover, we only store and process data that you provide to us on a voluntary basis or automatically.
Collecting and Processing
Each access to our website and the retrieval of data available on the website are recorded, including: retrieved file names, date and time of retrieval, transferred data volume, notice on successful retrieval, web browser and requesting domain. Storing is required for internal statistical purposes. Moreover, the IP addresses of the requesting computers are recorded. Additional personal data are only collected if you provide them voluntarily within the context of e.g., an inquiry, order or registration.
Use and Transfer
We treat the personal data you disclose as confidential information and will transfer such data to third parties only if required in processing an order such as in case of the transfer of order data to suppliers. We will in no event lease or sell your personal data or data relatable to you as a person to any third parties for their use. Personal data will only be used for the processing of your orders, to answer your questions, as well as for the internal preparation of anonymous statistics. The only exceptions relate to services you have requested, which imply consent to the use of your additional data, as well as the disclosure of your data to governmental institutions and authorities by virtue of law. We will disclose the data collected and stored with your consent to business partners subject to contractual agreements to the extent required in your interest. Of course, our business partners are requested and obliged to comply with the statutory data protection regulations.
Where we advertise for other companies on our website, we identify them as such. In its judgment of 12 May 1998, “Liability for links” (312 O 85/98), the Hamburg Regional Court (Landgericht) clearly ruled that in setting links to other websites, joint responsibility is assumed for the contents of the linked pages if applicable, i.e. the party publishing the link may be held liable; this can only be avoided by expressly disassociating oneself from such contents, which alpha trading solutions GmbH hereby does. Without your consent, alpha trading solutions GmbH will not transfer any data to non-EU states, unless it is required for the business transaction or expressly permitted by the BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act).

Google Tag Manager
We use the Google Tag Manager. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Tag Manager is a tool that enables us to integrate tracking or statistical tools and other technologies on our website. The Google Tag Manager is used on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the fast and uncomplicated integration and management of various tools on its website. If a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user's terminal device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. Consent can be revoked at any time.
